1. Do you bring your own equipment?

We are providing full cleaning service included cleaning equipment.

2. Do windows are going to be cleaned?

Internal windows will be cleaned as a part ofend of tenancy cleaning service. If you wish to be windows cleaned external please book another service.

3. How long cleaning will take?

It depend of the size and condtition of the property. the average cleaning take between 3 - 5 hours.

5. Do you give any guarantee?

Our service guarantee is valid for 48 hours after the cleaning is done.

6. Do you clean walls?

We dont wash or clean painted walls. You can always ask for extra service. 

7. Do you clean oven / fridge / freezer?

We clean oven/ fridge/ freezer. The fridge/freezer have to be defrosted before we arrive. 

8. How much do you charge per hour?

We do not charge per hour. Our price is for the full cleaning done. We charge per size of the property. That mean price depends of the size and condition of the property.
